1. Acceptance
Using the site and services means full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any condition, do not use the platform.
2. Scope
WMST builds custom software, automations, integrations and AI agents, and also operates its own products such as Agenda Clinic, IBOX Delivery and Conecta. Scope, deadlines and pricing for each project are set in a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
3. Account registration
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- Credentials are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the services lawfully, without violating third-party rights or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer, scrape data in bulk or overload the infrastructure.
- Do not use the AI agents for spam, fraud, discrimination, illegal content or messaging recipients without their consent.
5. AI-generated content
Answers produced by AI models may contain inaccuracies and do not replace professional advice (medical, legal, accounting or financial). Users must review the output before relying on it for business decisions.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep high availability, but service may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes or events beyond our control such as vendor outages, connectivity issues or force majeure.
7. Third-party services
The platforms may integrate third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers and AI models. Using them is also subject to those vendors terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
WMST brand, visual identity, source code, interfaces and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. Each project contract defines ownership of the deliverables; nothing in these Terms grants a licence over our products or reusable components.
9. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where the law provides otherwise, WMST is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use or unavailability of the services. Consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, security risk or non-payment, with prior notice whenever possible.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version stays on this page with the last update date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the new text.
12. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Lorena/SP, Brazil, are elected to settle disputes, unless the law requires otherwise.
